The Group sponsors a legacy UK defined benefit pension plan, the 4imprint 2016 Pension Plan, which has been closed to new members and future accrual for several years.
The funds of the scheme are held in trust and administered by a corporate Trustee to meet pension liabilities for around 320 past employees of the Group.
